      If you have a vintage tube amp and want to get a special sound out of it, look no further.

      Be careful though, how much gain you add to your signal chain, because you might blow out your speaker with the amount of gain this thing introduces! The true by-pass wiring means you won’t hear any signal degradation when the pedal is off, and when you want that extra bite, click this pedal ON and look out!

      The sound of the Roll Boost pedal is transparent, and the gain knob fully functional to add some sparkle and a slight boost, or an incredible overdrive from the pre-amp stage distortion you would otherwise not get.

      The Roll Boost also works great in the pedal chain before distortion pedal, because the volume you get from most electric guitars is not quite enough to get the entire range of distortion harmonics from distortion pedals.

      This pedal can give you the headroom and bite you always wanted, but couldn’t find without custom wiring your amp or buying very expensive gadgets or processors.

      Match the JA-38 Roll Boost with the PXL4 or PXL8 pedal routing device to turn ON and OFF simultaneously with other effects, allowing you to control the volume output but keep the gain level set where you want to achieve the best possible tone! ·

      Note: The pedal can also function as a volume cut or hard limiter, simply by turning the gain knob down
